The MCITD is a large site that has a complex system of in-place infrastructure. In part, due to the high-capacity infrastructure left by the US Air Force, the site has an extraordinary and complex system of water, sewer, gas, electricity and telecom infrastructure. Businesses that establish facility locations at the MCITD will enjoy access to this robust system. In terms of above ground infrastructure, there is a network of roadways that connect sites available in the Urban Zone and sites ready for development.
